Toptox Copybox is an advanced filter, which complies with the growing demand for a healthier and cleaner environment in offices, where photocopiers are used.
Photocopiers contribute to the pollution of offices with their toxic exhaust. Dust from the surrounding air, paper dust and toner residues are sent out into the air with the exhaust air from the photocopier.
Often photocopying produces ozone, a very toxic and health damaging gas, which even in small doses can cause irritation of the mucous membranes, itching skin, eye irritation, headache, nausea and drowsiness as well as reduced concentration.
Allergy sufferers are specially exposed to theses problems. Some photocopiers are equipped with built-in filters intended to break down the ozone. But their capacity is small and they soon loose their effect, partly because it has been clogged up.
